Start with your setting.
A few details about your site and how you want to use the sauna make the choice of model much clearer. Collect the following in a short brief, with photos and a simple sketch of the site.
Your location
Country and postcode; coastal, exposed or other notable site conditions.
The available space
Approximate plot dimensions and photos or a simple site sketch, including nearby buildings and boundaries.
Your sauna ritual
Typical use, desired seating or reclining, and whether you need changing, shower or lounge space.
The view and privacy
Preferred glazing direction, arrival route and any overlooking you want to manage.
Delivery access
Road approach, gates, tight turns, overhead obstacles and the likely position for lifting equipment.
Utilities
Known electricity provision and, for wet facilities, water and drainage availability.
Your design direction
Preferred models, interior palette, exterior finish and any project-specific requirements.
Budget and timing
An indicative total project budget and preferred installation period, including flexibility.
More than the building.
Every project needs a clear written specification. The room programme and design direction shown here are a starting point; supply, options and site works will be listed separately in your quotation. Prices are not yet published; the full project cost will depend on your chosen specification and destination.

- Sauna wall and ceiling timber, benches and backrests
- Glazing and doors
- Heater, controls, guarding, lighting and ventilation
- Room finishes and joinery shown in your agreed layout
Choose your options
- Interior palette and exterior colour
- Privacy screens or facade details where relevant
- Changing-room or lounge joinery
- Showers and other wet-room fittings where planned
- Terraces, outdoor showers and cold plunges where requested
Define site and delivery work
- Local approvals and site design
- Groundwork, foundations and drainage
- Electrical supply, water and waste connections
- Transport, access assessment, lifting and installation
- Taxes, local charges and any destination-specific work
Images do not define what is included. Furniture, decking, landscaping and external accessories need to be listed expressly if you want them supplied.
Before site work begins
A site that is ready.
Ground & permissions
Check local requirements for the chosen location and design. The foundation must respond to ground conditions and final building loads; a footprint alone does not define the foundation or establish a planning exemption.
Access & installation
Review the approach road, gate widths, turning space, overhead obstacles and lifting position. Final transport sizes, weights and installation responsibilities will be confirmed for the project.
Power & water
Electrical requirements follow the selected heater, controls and completed design. Shower areas also need a coordinated water, drainage and winter-use plan. Resolve cleaning and drainage requirements for the sauna floor.
Living with your sauna
Think beyond installation.
Make cleaning, everyday use and aftercare part of the specification from the beginning.
- Timber and glass. Agree the approved cleaning products, care routine and exterior finish maintenance for the materials you select.
- Drying and ventilation. Request clear instructions for airing, drying and leaving the sauna between sessions.
- Equipment access. Allow for heater, lighting and other components to be inspected and serviced.
- Local support. Confirm warranty terms, spare parts and the service arrangements for your destination before ordering.
